How To Get The "Ace of Spades" Hand Cannon In Destiny 2 Forsaken

The new expansion for Destiny 2, named Forsaken, brings some new game modes, enemies, weapons, and locations to the game. It even comes out with a brand new story for the players.

And about the weapons – a bunch of familiar Exotic weapons will be introduced with new perks. One of those weapons is the hand cannon "Ace of Spades", which is reintroduced with a perk that grants bonus damage when it's reloaded after a kill.

The story of the expansion is based around a quest for revenge on Prince Uldren for killing Cayde-6. A major part of it is getting the "Ace of Spades" back via exotic quests.

The exact time and matter of the quest are yet unknown, but it is supposed to be part of the main campaign of Forsaken. Taking down the Prince, acquiring the "Ace of Spades" and finishing the quest are not expected to be easy tasks, of course.

If you want to get the Ace of Spades on your own, here's what you'll need to do:

1) Reclaiming the "Ace of Spades" back from Uldren

Reclaiming the gun is only the beginning. Most likely, you will receive it after defeating Uldren. The way that that happens, however, still remains in the dark.

2) Take the broken gun to Banshee-44

Once players get "Ace of Spades" back, the broken weapon will have to be taken to the Tower, to Banshee-44. The gunsmith will give the Guardians a number of tasks. They will have to complete all of them, in order to collect data for tuning the gun properly and personally.

3) Manage to carry out 5 invasion kills holding a hand-cannon in Gambit. This way you will collect the needed biorhythmic data for Banshee

This is the first task, which Banshee gives you. The game allows players to pick from whichever hand cannon they feel most comfortable with. It can still be quite challenging to get the five invasion kills/Invasion kills are kills of enemy players when your team is invading in the new Gambit mode/.

4) Kill off 250 enemies in strikes using a hand cannon. It also helps you collect biorhythmic data for Banshee

This is the next task to complete. This one is relatively easier because players will be killing NPCs, instead of other players. However, this time the number is the intimidating bit. The good thing is that strikes in Forsaken are promised to allow the player to choose difficulty based on their power level. This definitely is a step towards more enjoyable gameplay.

5) Do 25 precision kills using a hand cannon in the Crucible. It also helps you collect biorhythmic data for Banshee

This step is considered to be the most challenging one so far. In order to get 25 precision kills, you have to aim straight for the head of the enemies. With a hand cannon. In the Crucible. A lot of criteria have to be met, but we believe in you! This part gets you back to the PvP combat, but this should not be a bother for the players with more experience. Moreover, matches in the Crucible now allow for teams of six, instead of only four, which definitely ramps up your chances for a headshot.

6) Search the Solar system for the personal caches of Cayde

Cayde used to give out treasure maps, in order to help players track down his caches hidden all around. It is possible that that's the case this time, as well. However, now there is not a single map to be seen. Players will have to find the caches without any help. Lucky you, if you remember their locations!

7) Cayde's personal cache is hidden on Titan. Fight inside of the Arcology and obtain the parts that you need, in order to complete the "Ace in the Hole" mission

It is still unknown if finding the other caches, is the thing that triggers this mission. After completing the "Ace in the Hole", the player is going to receive the last parts needed to complete the repair of the "Ace of Spades".

8) Bring the recovered parts back to the Tower, and to Banshee-44

Get back to Banshee-44 and acquire your new and personalized "Ace of Spades". That's it!
